  • Is Speek for Business available internationally?

    Yes. As a Speek for Business user you and your callers have access to our international phone list. Your international callers will have access to a local number if it is available.

  • How does the 14-day trial work?

    Give us a try! You will have full access to all of the Speek for Business features for 14 days. No need to give us a credit card up front. After 14 days you will need to provide us with a credit card to continue enjoying our Speek for Business features. Otherwise, you will be automatically downgraded to the Speek Basic Plan.

  • Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

    No. You will be charged monthly and can cancel at anytime without penalty. If you do cancel, you are responsible for the current billing period.

  • Can I cancel any time?

    Yes. Once you cancel your account, you will be responsible for charges incurred for that billing period. You will not be charged again.

  • Is Speek secure?

    Yes. All data is SSL encrypted, this includes your call and any activity (comments, file share, recording, etc) associated with your call.

  • How can I upgrade from Basic to Speek for Business?

    To upgrade just log in and visit our upgrade page. You can also chat with our sales team by emailing sales@speek.com.

  • Who can see our comments, files, and recorded calls?

    Only the registered Speek users on your call. No one outside of your team will be able to access this unless you share it with them. Guests will be given the option to have a secure copy of the call history, but only if they are on the call.

  • Can I pay yearly?
